The Primary School offers children a welcome and positive learning environment. There are approximately 22 students per class. Individual attention is given to stimulate and empower each student to experience success in learning.
The School Day:
Programme of Studies: Istituto Marymount follows the complete Italian National Curriculum and each class has a mother-tongue Italian and a mother-tongue English teacher. The bilingual system means that the teachers may change during the course of Primary School. Computer studies are incorporated into various subject areas and interactive white boards are available for use during classes. Additional activities included in the programme include visits to art exhibitions, participation in school shows and concerts, school trips within Italy, meetings with cultural representatives, conferences about current affairs, Cambridge English examinations, plays and theatre laboratories.
